Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 August 2026. These terms govern your use of RAASLY to discover, buy and use passes for Navratri events in Ahmedabad.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by a guardian where an event requires it, to create an account or buy a pass on RAASLY. By using the app you confirm the details you give us — name, email, mobile number — are accurate.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for any activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@raasly.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Buying a pass
Every pass is held against live inventory the moment you start checkout, and payment is collected through Razorpay. A pass is confirmed only once payment succeeds. Prices, categories and availability can change without notice until you've paid.
4. Pass validity and entry
Each pass is a single-use QR code valid only for the date, ground and category printed on it. The QR is scanned once at the gate — after that scan, the pass is spent and cannot be reused, transferred by screenshot, or duplicated. Carry a valid ID that matches your booking name if the organiser asks for one at entry. Entry rules (dress code, bag policy, age restrictions) are set by the organiser and displayed on the event page; RAASLY does not control gate decisions made by organiser staff or ground security.
5. Event changes and cancellation
Organisers may change the lineup, timing or venue of an event, or cancel or postpone it, for reasons including weather, permissions, or low turnout. Where an event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. RAASLY will notify you at the email or mobile number on your booking as soon as we know.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not resell passes above face value, forge or tamper with a QR code, use RAASLY for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to disrupt the app, our payment flow, or an event itself. We can suspend accounts and void passes involved in any of the above, without refund.
7. Limitation of liability
RAASLY connects you with independent event organisers. To the extent permitted by law, RAASLY is not liable for the conduct of organisers, venues or other attendees, or for indirect losses such as travel or outfit costs, arising from an event change, delay or cancellation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pass in question.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of RAASLY.
