Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 13 August 2026. We know a pass is money and a plan for your night — here's exactly when you get it back.

1. Passes are generally non-refundable

Once a pass is issued, it is held against real, limited inventory for that ground and night — so passes are non-refundable and non-transferable for a change of mind, missed travel, or any reason on your side.

2. Full refund if the organiser cancels or postpones

If an organiser cancels or postpones an event, you get a full refund for every pass you bought for that night. If a postponed event is rescheduled, your pass carries over to the new date automatically unless you request a refund instead.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method through Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. How to raise a refund request

Email support@raasly.in with your order ID (from your booking confirmation) and a short note on what happened. We'll confirm eligibility and next steps within two working days.

5. What isn't refunded

No-shows, and passes whose QR code has already been scanned at the gate, are not eligible for a refund — the entry has been used and the seat released to no one else.
